Japanese oden
It is said that the origin of Japanese oden is grilled skewered tofu with miso (called“dengaku”, a kind of Japanese traditional food in rural area), but nowadays Japanese oden soup means delicious food that putting different kinds of ingredients into a bowl of boiling soup.
