Company Introduction Video

The blend seasonings we manufacture and sell consist of approximately 5,300 different types of liquid and powder blend seasonings. In addition we also create approximately 1,600 types of new products every year. The blend seasonings we provide are different from basic seasonings in that because they are used at the point when a dish is nearly finished, they have a large effect on the quality of the flavor and appearance of the food and hold a lot of responsibility for the overall value of products.

The supply room is separate and walled off from the rest of the floor, management methods for all of its machinery and equipment are extremely thorough and we exercise the greatest caution and care in all of or hygiene management.
After mixing and heating, products undergo physical and chemical tests as well as sensory examination by members of the quality control division and only those items which pass the tests are sent on to the filling line as products.

Our main bottled product filling line has the capacity to fill 3.5 tons of sauce every 30 minutes. In addition, the lines are completely enclosed for a number of processes in order to maintain sanitary conditions and the entire line is fully automated.

We can produce 2.4 tons of product at one time from 4,000 liters of mixing ingredients in the mixer.
The material in the mixer is run through a process to remove any coatings or packaging before being transported to the filling room in order to prevent the inclusion of any foreign material in the products.

In order to prevent contamination of the line, standards are established for cleaning procedures and prodcution order and the most thorough management is carried out.

Our nearly 200 researches apply our original techniques and technologies to blend 800 carefully selected types of ingredients and create the flavors best suited to satisfying market needs.

Manufacturing sources are inspected when ingredients are selected and inspection items are set after analyzing potential risks when ingredients are received. Each lot of ingredients undergoes physical, chemical and microbiological inspections and only those items which pass these tests are used in our plants.

Equipment for testing for presence of foreign matter after packaging both allow us to verify the soundness of product contamination prevention measures and serve as a final line of defense against any contimination of products. In the event that any foreign matter or contamination is discovered, the system is designed in such a manner that the source of the conamination is able to be searched for in the process previous to the process in which the contamination was discovered.

Finished products are compared with standard reference samples. Flavor, color, viscosity, feel and a variety of other properties are tested by human senses to determine if they deviate from standards. In addition data is also measured by physical and chemical testing equipment to ensure that only items that fall with in specified norms are shipped as finished products.

Products are managed in automated warehouses after production. Precise expiration date management is carried out by computers along with other measures which make up a storage system which helps us maintain product quality.
Quality management at our plants is implemented in accordance with ISO9001/2000 international quality management standards in order to improve both quality management and customer satisfaction. In addition all of our plants and partner plants use a hygiene management system based on HACCP principles in order to help us achieve total and complete product quality management.
