- Our work is connected to creating happiness for our customers, our suppliers, regional residents and people all over the world. More than anything else, we also beleive it also allows we, the employees ourselves, who are the most concerned with the work and who actually experience these contributions, to realize self-actualization as a member of society and gain our own happiness. We always keep this philophy in our hearts and bear and mind the importance and responsibility of our work when carrying out activities.
Nihon Shokken's 2 Visions
- 1. We shall contribute to the creation of an affluent food scene~Newer, more affluent~
- Within the "food scene" there are 3 sub-scenes of "preparing", "selling", and "eating" and we believe it is our mission to contribute new value and affluence to each of these scenes. In the "preparing scene" we propose new was to improve the simplicity of preparation, in the "selling scene" we see to propose sales methods which will resonate with consumers, and in the "eating scene" we seek to provide proposals for food which can move people, and otherwise provide detailed support for each scene to contribute to the affluence of the food scene and continue contributing to the world.
- 2. "We shall create an infinite value of blend seasonings ~More delicious, more convenient~"
- Our blend seasonings provide "deliciousness" and "superior convenience" which allow us to truly say that they are seasonings which conceal an infinite value and possibilities.
The seasons provide a number of benefits including improvements in taste, preparation convenience, processing techniques and appearance and providing the ability to create a variety of cuisines and varied menus which in turn allow us to satisfy and make our customers happy. As such, we beleive that soon blend seasonings will likely be more than just a single type of cooking ingredient and become a much more major part of food culture in general. We continue to create the infinite value of our blend seasons in order to make the "more delicious, more convenient" motto a reality.
