Nihon Shokken has accomplished tremendous growth since its founding in 1971 through to the present day.
This is a direct result of the support provided by you all for which I am truly thankful.
We intend to continue contributing to people and society as a whole well into the future by fulfilling the 2 visions of our company, "We shall contribute to the creation of an affluent food scene" and "We shall create an infinite value of blend seasonings".

In October of 2009 we split the existing Nihon Shokken company into 3 separate companies and began a new group organization system.
We believe this system will allow us to develop our strengths in blend seasoning development as well as our suggestion business system which is based directly in the food field, in addition to helping realize our visions even faster than before.
Nihon Shokken's management philosophy is that "Success in business brings people great happiness.".
All of our employees work towards making our customers and suppliers as well as regional residents and people the world over happy by adhering to this philosophy and devoting themselves to this duty everyday as they continue to work towards contributing to society and their own growth.
