Frying chicken with Nihon Shokken's Kara-age batter mix (fried chicken mix) makes it so:
(1) The coating surface solidifies quickly and coats the chicken.
(2) The coating keeps the meat juices locked in, for a juicy chicken after frying.
Because the meat juices are trapped inside, leading to a plumper, juicier fry, the Kara-age can remain soft and juicy even cold .
※Handmande: Soysauce, garlic, ginger, and sake are used to flavor the meat and it is then coated in corn starch
Can be made with just one bowl.
Juicy Kara-age fried chicken with all the meat juices trapped inside can be easily made with this simple cooking process that doesn't even require pre-seasoning.
This can also be used for seafood, vegetables and a variety of other ingredients in addition to chicken.
Add kara-age batter mix and water at 20% of the volume of the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients added in step 1 well.
Fry for approximately 4 minutes in 170℃(340℉) oil. (Frying time may vary depending upon ingredients)
(1)Cuts required work

No need to preseason meat You just have to mix water with the Kara-age batter mix, so so the same flavor can be easily and quickly recreated by anyone.

The food will not stick to each other in the deep-fryer. This eliminates the need to cut any Kara-age which stick together after frying.
The Kara-age can be immediately dished up after frying, saving preparation time.
(2)This will also contribute to profits.

Oil pollution can be minimized. Because the coating seals in the juices of the meat, they don't escape to dirty the oil, which helps save on oil costs and reduces the amount of work and time required to change the deep-fryers oil.
Comparison of appearances by frying time

The fried color doesn't change even if over-fried. Because the Kara-age can be slightly overfried without burning or changing color, they reduce frying time losses in busy kitchens.
