Oden Japanese Pot-au-feu is a representative Japanese boiled vegetable dish.
In Japan there are many oden Japanese pot-au-feu speciality restaurants and food stalls in addition to the dish being a sidemenu at many ramen and udon noodle restaurants.
Traditional Japanese oden generally includes beef tendon, daikon radish, boiled fish paste, konyaku and boiled eggs.
The dish can also be made with a variety of other ingredients including chicken wings, rolled cabbage, wiener sausages, etc.
