An authentic Japanese seasoning for improving the flavors of Japanese dishes such as boiled vegetables and miso soup.
It maintains its flavor well when heated, and the long lasting flavor and aroma are its characteristics.

This Japanese seasoning is made from dashi created from bonito and konbu seaweed balanced well with mirin sweet sake and sake. Can be used for a variety of dishes in addition to boiled vegetables including oden Japanese pot-au-feu, rice bowls and noodle sauce for noodles such as udon.

Oden Japanese Pot-au-feu is a representative Japanese boiled vegetable dish.
In Japan there are many oden Japanese pot-au-feu speciality restaurants and food stalls in addition to the dish being a sidemenu at many ramen and udon noodle restaurants.
Traditional Japanese oden generally includes beef tendon, daikon radish, boiled fish paste, konyaku and boiled eggs.
The dish can also be made with a variety of other ingredients including chicken wings, rolled cabbage, wiener sausages, etc.


Thoroughly simmer daikon radish, beef tendon, boiled eggs, boiled fish paste or other desired ingredients until the flavor soaks in.
Eaten with Japanese karashi mustard or miso bean paste.
