What is "Teriyaki " ?

Teriyaki is a traditional way of cooking in the japanese cuisine.

Sweet soy-based sauces are used as marinades or while cooking.

"Teri" means "glance" and "Yaki" means "to fry", because due to the percentage of sugar in the sauce, a nice glance is created on the surface of the fish or meat while cooking.

Product characteristics

This delicious sauce made from Japanese basic seasonings for any Teriyaki items You can use this sauce many varieties of Japanese foods as a basic sauce. Basically use for Teriyaki chicken, pork, beef or seafoods. Add ginger and miso paste for pork and chicken ginger sauce. Add Wa-Fu-Dashi for AGEDASHI TOFU sauce.

This product enhances taste of material.

This sweet taste has a good reputation in Europe.

<For marinating>

Mixed with water 1:1, you can use it as marinade.

If you have no time, you can marinade the material without water.

With one bottle of Teriyaki-sauce you can prepare 20 kg of chicken legs without bones. (thinned with water 1 to 1) 100 portions with 200g meat per guest.

1kg Haehnchenschenkel ohne Knochen mit 100g Teriyaki Sauce und 100g Wasser marinieren.

* ueber Nacht im Kuehlschrank lassen

Oder mit 200g Teriyaki Sauce pur 1 Stunde marinieren.

2.Bei 170-180°C 10-15 Minuten im Ofen garen lassen.

3.Haehnchenschenkel nach dem Abkuehlen mit “Nippon-Sauce” einstreichen, fuer einen schoenen Glanz.
